This is the ultimate pallet wrapping system—well designed, robust and efficient, built for speed, precision, and long-term reliability. Engineered for high-performance environments, it delivers exceptional wrapping consistency while maintaining outstanding durability under continuous operation.

The system utilises film dispensers mounted on a high-speed rotating ring, allowing them to revolve smoothly around the pallet. As the load remains completely static during the wrapping cycle, it is ideal for unstable, heavy or liquid products that would otherwise be difficult to wrap on a conventional turntable machine. By eliminating load rotation, it removes the high forces associated with starting and stopping heavy pallets, significantly reducing the risk of load shift or product damage.

There are several versions of this ring wrapper, enabling the system to accommodate a wide range of demanding pallet wrapping applications. The top-end model, equipped with twin film dispensers, is capable of achieving production speeds of up to 130 pallets per hour, making it ideal for high-volume, high-demand operations.

A key strength of this system is its advanced film control and stretching technology. Using servo-controlled, direct-drive pre-stretch rollers, the machine delivers precise control of film stretch and containment force, ensuring optimal load stability while minimising film usage.

This is further enhanced by intelligent wrapping systems that apply exactly the right amount of film in the correct position, improving load security while reducing waste and overall packaging costs.
