This rotary arm inline pallet wrapper is a well designed, robust and efficient, built for speed, precision, and long-term reliability. It is a high-performance system designed to deliver maximum throughput while maintaining a compact footprint. Unlike traditional turntable machines, the load remains stationary while the rotary arm applies the film, making it ideal for unstable, heavy or high-value products.

Engineered to integrate seamlessly into existing conveyor systems, the machine can be installed within or at the end of a production line with minimal floor space requirements. It enables a fully automated packaging process where pallets can be wrapped, labelled, marked and weighed without manual intervention, significantly reducing labour content and improving operational efficiency.

The system can be tailored to suit a wide range of applications. With production speeds of 60 to 80 pallets per hour (depending on the wrapping requirements), it is ideally suited to high-volume operations where speed, reliability and consistency are critical.

The machine also offers highly flexible film performance, with adjustable pre-stretch levels of 200%, 250% and 300%, allowing users to optimise film usage, reduce costs and achieve excellent load containment.
